Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and salt. Mix with a spoon, and use your hands if needed, until it forms a thick dough-like consistency.
  2. Press into a parchment lined pan. (I like using a loaf pan.)
  3. In a small bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  4. Place in the fridge for 1 hour, then slice into bars or squares. Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
