Only 3 ingredients and ready for the freezer in minutes, these allergy-friendly Tajin Frozen Grapes are a simple + delicious spicy-sweet snack. If you like spicy candy, but are trying to avoid processed sugar, these are a tasty + satisfying alternative.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place grapes in a bowl.
  3. Add juice of 1 lime; stir to coat.
  4. Add Tajin to a small bowl.
  5. Add 6-8 grapes at a time to bowl with Tajin; use spoon to gently roll and coat each grape in Tajin seasoning. Transfer each coated grape to sheet pan in a single layer. Place pan in freezer for at least 3-4 hours.

Notes

Can store grapes in freezer in airtight container with sealed lid for up to 2 months. Depending on how long grapes have been frozen, you may enjoy them most if you allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Top 14-free. Plant-based. Vegan. Dairy-free. Egg-free.
