Process

  1. In a bowl add in the pumpkin, cream cheese, yogurt, almond and coconut flour, collagen, maple syrup, vanilla and spices together and stir until a dough forms.
  2. Add in chocolate chips/chopped nuts.
  3. Spread dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with melted chocolate, top with any other toppings and place in the freezer for an hour to set.
  5. Once chilled, break into pieces and enjoy!
