Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Also, preheat oven to 250℉.
  2. In a large bowl add your corn chex, rice chex, pretzels and peanuts. Gently toss everything.
  3. Melt earth balance or vegan butter in a small microwave safe bowl.
  4. Once the butter is melted and warm, combine spices and soy sauce with he butter. Stir until there are no clumps remaining.
  5. Pour half butter and spice mixture over the Chex, pretzels, and peanuts. Gently toss to coat everything. Stir the remaining butter mixture (the spices tend to fall to the bottom) and pour over the Chex, pretzels, and peanuts once again. Toss until every piece is coated.
  6. Lay out the buttery snack mixture across the lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 250℉ for a total of 1 hour, however, toss every fifteen minutes to ensure even toasting.
  8. Serve to your favorite party guests and enjoy! If you take the whole bowl to the couch and consume it all in one sitting, I won’t judge you because I know, it’s THAT good! 🙂
