Eggnog Gummies
I wanted to find a more portable way to bring my own eggnog into work for lattes.
Inspired by something I saw from our friend’s at Pete’s Paleo and their gut healing kit, the answer hit me all at once. Why not make eggnog in gummy form? That way I can still have my lattes once I get to work AND heal my gut in the process. They came out perfect. Nice and firm for a go to snack and will still melt easily when added to hot coffee. I can’t imagine NOT making these over and over again.
