These finger foods are an easy + nutritious way to get your little ones into the Christmas holiday spirit! 🥑 All you need for this fun snack activity is whole wheat pita bread (or gluten-free), avocado mash, bell peppers, and pretzel sticks!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Slice your pita bread in half, and then make 6 triangles (3 from each half).
  2. Put a pretzel stick into each base of the pita triangles.
  3. Using a spoon, pat guacamole on top of the pita triangles.
  4. Decorate with bell peppers.
  5. Using a mini star cookie cutter, make 6 star shapes from your cheese/yellow bell pepper. Place on top of the pita triangle. Enjoy!
