Snowman Cheese Ball
You don't need snow to build this snowman. Get creative with your holiday appetizers and build this Snowman Cheese Ball. It's a crowd pleaser and brings a smile to the faces of children and adults of all ages. Just seeing it makes you want to hum, "Do you want to build a snowman?" The cheese ball portion can be made up to a day in advance and assembled when you're ready for serving.
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz White Cheddar Cheese, sharp, shredded
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Sour Cream
- 111 Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, finely shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium bowl, add softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, sour cream and 1 packet of Primal Palate Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix. Use a hand mixer to combine the mixture until well blended.
- Divide the cheese mixture into two parts – one slightly larger than the other – and roll each into a ball. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for a 2 hours, up to overnight.
- Evenly spread finely shredded jack cheese onto a large plate. Remove plastic from the two chilled cheeseballs. Gently roll them into the jack cheese, using your hands to press the cheese into the sides. Stack the smaller ball onto the larger one and gently press them together.
- Place on a serving platter. Cut or shave down the baby carrot to create a nose. Add it to the “face” of your snowman and use whole peppercorns to create the eyes, mouth and buttons. Use pretzel sticks to create the snowman’s arms. Serve with the crackers or veggies of your choice.
