Green Seasoning
This essential combination of herbs plays a vital role in most of my savory dishes, infusing them with a burst of flavor. The “secret” ingredient behind many of my recipes- a unique blend that bridges the gap between my home country Dominica and every dish I create.

- 1 sprig1 sprig1 sprig Green Onion (Scallion)

- 111 Onion
- 111 Red Bell Pepper
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Ají Dulces (Sweet Pepper)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp White Vinegar, Distilled

- Wash, dry, peel if needed and cut vegetables into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until semi-chunky, it should not be as smooth as a puree but not with large bits. Use a spoon to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a month for ideal freshness or freeze for extended use.
Notes
There should be some liquid after blending to keep the vegetables moist.
