Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Wash, dry, peel if needed and cut vegetables into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until semi-chunky, it should not be as smooth as a puree but not with large bits. Use a spoon to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to a month for ideal freshness or freeze for extended use.

Notes

There should be some liquid after blending to keep the vegetables moist.
