- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, liquid
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Pecans, chopped

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- Preheat your oven to 325* F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. I use a roasting pan as I like having the handles to help shake around my granola at the halfway point!
- Mix in a large bowl all the ingredients
- Spread onto a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Toss after and return to oven for a final 15 minutes
- Cool, then transfer granola to mason jars for storing
