Peach & Cherry Granola Bake (GF/V/Soy Free)

Ingredients
- 44 4Nectarine, ripe, pitted
- 1 cup1 cup 1 cupFresh Cherries, pitted
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp 1 TbspLemon Juice, fresh
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp 1 Tbspground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp 1/4 tspSalt
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup 1/2 cupRolled Oats
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup 1/3 cupTree Hive Maple + Honey Syrup
- NuTrail Keto Blueberry Cinnamon Nut Granola
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp 1/2 tspAvocado Oil
- Mint Leaves
- Coconut Milk Yogurt, or dairy free ice cream

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice each cored nectarine half into quarters and place in a bowl.
- Place sliced and pitted cherries in bowl.
- Add lemon juice, salt, honey maple syrup, and oats.
- Mix ingredients.
- Grease an oven safe or cast iron pan with avocado oil.
- Add mixture to pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with mint and ice cream or yogurt of choice.
- For added sweetness, add additional @treehive honey maple on top.
