Pico de Gallo
I love how fresh and simple this recipe is, definitely one of my go to favorites. Perfect for tacos or as a salsa, which is how I use it most of the time.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole White Onion, chopped
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Roma Tomato, chopped
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime, juiced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Serrano, raw, chopped

You can use a Serrano or jalapeño for this recipe, I just prefer the flavor and heat level of the Serrano.
