This easy dinner is a healthy twist on a classic, packed with protein and kid and husband (who don’t like cottage cheese) approved. Perfect for meal prep or a weeknight meal the whole family will love!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend cottage cheese and marinara sauce together.
  2. Pour into a large bowl with broccoli, cooked chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper), parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and seasonings.
  3. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve 1/2 cup of the water.
  4. Add water to the bowl with the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour pasta into a greased 9x13 baking dish and pour the bowl mixture on top and mix until combined.
  6. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and bake at 375 for 35 min.

Notes

You can cut prep time by using pre-cooked chicken and/or pre cut broccoli.
