These 4 ingredient, high protein, birthday cake pancakes were a hit with my toddler. He loves anything with sprinkles and the word cake. These pancakes are filled with nothing nutritious ingredients and packed with good things! Plus, they’re an easy recipe to whip up for a quick morning breakfast!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat a skillet on medium heat!
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all 4 ingredients. Whisk together. Pour into skillet. I made two large pancakes with it.
  3. Put on a plate, top with maple syrup and sprinkles. Enjoy!

Notes

You can add any add ins you want: chocolate chips, blueberries, etc. You can also use regular milk if there are no dairy allergies. You can swap the almond flour for all purpose flour, you just may need a bit more milk.
