Mixed Berry Collagen Chia Seed Jam
Try this 3-ingredient mixed berry chia jam with an extra health boost from grass-fed collagen!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries, I used frozen
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chia Seeds
- 222 Collagen, scoops grass-fed
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add berries to pot on medium heat and left soften
- Begin mashing them until the chunks are gone
- Turn heat down to low and add chia seeds
- Remove from heat and stir in collagen
- Let thicken for a few minutes
- Enjoy and store leftovers in fridge
