Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat your oven to 500ºF.
- Prepare horseradish pesto by placing all ingredients in a food processor and blending until smooth.
- Then prepare pizza dough. Depending on the dough you have, the baking instructions might differ slightly.
- Stretch/roll pizza dough to desired thickness and then place on a pizza stone and bake in oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove half baked dough from oven, and spread a thick layer of pesto on most of the dough. Leaving desired amount of crust un-touched.
- Then spread mozzarella cheese generously over top and top with red pepper flakes.
- Place back into the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.
- While your pizza bakes prepare garlic butter in a small pot(you can also use the microwave). Melt butter and stir in seasonings.
- Remove the pizza from oven, and brush garlic butter over top of all of the crust. (You can also double or triple the garlic butter if you would like some for dipping your cheesy bread).
- Then serve immediately while cheese is still ooey and gooey!
- Enjoy!
