Pistachio Overnight Weetbix
if you’re a fan of that nutty, slightly sweet pistachio flavour, you need to try this overnight weet-bix. it’s creamy, high in protein, and prepped in minutes—perfect for busy mornings when you want something quick but still so good.
let it sit overnight, top with extra pistachios (because why not), and wake up to a breakfast that tastes like a dessert, but is full of nutrients too!
Ingredients
Base
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Naked Harvest Vanilla Pancake Batter Protein Powder, I use Naked Harvest (use code "CHENOA" for a discount)
Toppings
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, use a vanilla flavour if you prefer something sweeter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pistachios, Raw, chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pistachio Cream
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all your base ingredients in a bowl/container.
- Evenly spread yoghurt over the base.
- Top with chopped pistachios & pistachio spread, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 15 mins if you’re short on time). Enjoy!
