Star-Spangled Yogurt Stuffed Strawberries
Whipping up these Patriotic Stuffed Strawberries is as easy as slice, pipe, and top! A star-spangled snack made with sweet strawberries, creamy vanilla yogurt, and a pop of blueberry on top. Perfect for Memorial Day weekend, BBQs, and all your summer gatherings!
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Strawberries, halved lengthwise
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Vanilla Yogurt, sugar-free for lowcarb
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Blueberries
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Wash and dry your berries.
- Slice strawberries in half lengthwise and gently scoop out a small portion from the center if needed to create a “base” for the yogurt.
- Fill a Ziploc bag or piping bag with vanilla yogurt and attach a star piping tip.
- Pipe a swirl of yogurt onto each strawberry half.
- Top each with a single fresh blueberry.
- Chill until ready to serve.
