Homemade mayo is so incredibly easy and superior to anything you get in the store!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Avocado Oil
- 111 Egg
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1) Put all ingredients in a wide mouthed mason jar
- 2) Using an immersion blender, you'll place the head at the bottom of the jar, turning it on and waiting till the mayonnaise starts to form, then you'll slowly raise it up and down till it's all emulsified. Doesn't take long.
- 3) Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
