Sesame Raspberry Chicken
This recipe just kind of came to me one day. It is something totally different for chicken that has quickly become a family favorite! Oh also… it’s awesome with salmon!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Boneless, Skinless Pastured Chicken Thighs - US Wellness Meats

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, minced

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raspberry Jelly

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or ziplock bag and mix together thoroughly and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and grill, pan sear or bake until internal temperature of chicken reaches 160 degrees.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions and enjoy! Serve on a bed or rice, rice noodles or veggies.
Notes
Try this same recipe with salmon… awesome! If you don’t have a full pound of salmon feel free to reduce the jelly to 1 Tbsp.
