Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prep the pork by adding all the ingredients (except for the pork) to the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the ingredients well and add the pork.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Flip the pork at 4 hours.
  5. Shred the pork at 7 hours. Add the pork back into the slow cooker, mix well and cook on low for the remaining hour.
  6. Make the slaw. Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl, mix well until fully combined.
  7. Add the honey sriracha to the slaw. Mix well and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
  8. Serve the pork and slaw on tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.
  9. ENJOY!
