Easy Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients
- 222 Sweet Potato, peeled and diced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cumin, Ground

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Smoked Paprika, (optional for extra flavor)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 111 Black Beans, can (15 oz), drained and rinsed

- 111 Bell Pepper, chopped
- .5.5.5 Onion, chopped
- 222 Garlic, cloves

- Roast the Sweet Potatoes
