Pumpkin Spice

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pumpkin Purée, Unsweetened
- 0.25 - 0.5 cup0.25 - 0.5 cup0.25 - 0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Unsweetened

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set, ideally overnight.
- Store in fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to 2 months. Each batch will make about 12-14 bites.
Notes
The Pumpkin Spice and Apple Pie Bites will firm up after chilling as the oats and flax seed absorb moisture. Feel free to substitute nut butter for a seed butter to make these nut-free!
