  1. Toast sourdough bread
  2. Spread cottage cheese on top
  3. Top with mashed avocado
  4. Drizzle with chili onion crunch oil
  5. Sprinkle pepitas over the top and serve

Notes

I used local, homemade sourdough. Good culture is my go-to cottage cheese brand. When I don’t have an avocado on hand, I use Good Foods Avocado Mash single serving cups. I used chili-lime spiced pepitas. To add even more protein, I added shredded chicken as the first layer on top of the toast.
