A smoothie that’s so fun this time of year! If you want to peel the apple, you certainly can, but that peel does add some fun flecks of red! Made with Maizly Corn Milk and Primal Palate Apple Pie Spice, plain greek yogurt and your favorite apple variety. I’ve used my CARAMEL APPLE SIMPLE SYRUP, you can sub regular maple syrup in a pinch.

  1. Add milk, yogurt, apple, caramel sauce, simple syrup, apple pie spice and ice to a high powered blender. Blend for up to 40-60 seconds or until the apples are well pulverized.
  2. Pour into two serving glasses, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of apple pie spice. Enjoy immediately!
