Caramel Apple Smoothie
A smoothie that’s so fun this time of year! If you want to peel the apple, you certainly can, but that peel does add some fun flecks of red! Made with Maizly Corn Milk and Primal Palate Apple Pie Spice, plain greek yogurt and your favorite apple variety. I’ve used my CARAMEL APPLE SIMPLE SYRUP, you can sub regular maple syrup in a pinch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cornmilk - Maizly

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, can sub dairy free as needed
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Apple, Pink Lady, washed, w/ peel, cored & diced - or variety of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dairy-Free Caramel, I use Siete dulce de Leche
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Caramel Apple Simple Syrup (click for recipe)
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Apple Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- Ice Cubes
- Whipped Cream, can sub dairy free as needed
- Dairy-Free Caramel, I use Siete dulce de Leche
- Apple Pie Spice - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add milk, yogurt, apple, caramel sauce, simple syrup, apple pie spice and ice to a high powered blender. Blend for up to 40-60 seconds or until the apples are well pulverized.
- Pour into two serving glasses, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of apple pie spice. Enjoy immediately!
