Pumpkin Blondies
These simple pumpkin blondies are everything your toddler needs for a tasty treat. They’re easy to make, call for one a handful of ingredients and they can be made in the pan you’re baking in. They’re perfect for the fall season!

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a bread loaf pan.
- In the pan, add the pumpkin puree, egg, maple syrup and almond butter. Whisk together. Then add your flour, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice. Stir. Top with chocolate chips.
- Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Be sure it’s cooked all the way through, but still moist.
- Enjoy!
