High-Protein Tostada Pizzas 🔥
Made these using my high-protein pizza dough recipe (already posted on my food social page and Instagram) — just rolled them thinner and air fried until crispy for that tostada-style crunch 💪
Topped mine with a bean & cottage cheese mixture, veggies, and a little cheese for the perfect macro-friendly meal that hits the pizza cravings without derailing your goals.

Ingredients
- 30 grams30 grams30 grams Black Beans, mashed

- 30 grams30 grams30 grams Cottage Cheese, Blended
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Lettuce, Iceberg, shredded
- 0.5 pieces0.5 pieces0.5 pieces Diced Tomatoes
- 0.25 pieces0.25 pieces0.25 pieces Onion, diced
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

- 0.25 pieces0.25 pieces0.25 pieces Spicy Taco Seasoning - Siete Foods, 1/4 packet, use full packet for 4 servings

- 15 grams15 grams15 grams Taco Sauce
- 40 grams40 grams40 grams Lite Mexican Style Cheese Blend, Shredded - Trader Joe's
- 15 grams15 grams15 grams Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing - Bolthouse Farms
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, blended

- 0.5 pieces0.5 pieces0.5 pieces Jalapeño Pepper, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Refer to my “High Protein Pizza” Dough Recipe for the Pizza Dough. Then follow these instructions to make the Tostada Pizza.
- Add beans, cottage cheese, taco sauce, seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning to pot.
- Mash beans in pot while they cook.
- This should make a spreadable texture.
- Add green onions to bean mixture.
- Place pizza on pizza tray, then top pizza with bean mixture and shredded cheese.
- Cook in pizza oven for 2-3 minutes or bake in oven at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked top with shredded lettuce, veggies, and ranch. Cholula Hot Sauce is king on these!
Notes
To add more protein, mix in crumbled cooked ground turkey, beef, chicken, or chopped cooked chicken to the bean mixture.
