These no bake treats are everything your toddler needs to enjoy some sweetness. They are packed with protein and made with nothing extra, it’s the perfect treat. My kids loved these and they made a great afternoon snack. You can use any flavored protein powder you want. This recipe cause for vanilla, but I actually used peanut butter protein powder this last time I made them, and they turned out delicious.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add your whipped cream, pumpkin purée, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Mixed together.
  2. In a mini muffin pan, preferably silicone, add a scoop to each muffin holder. If you don’t have a silicone muffin pan, be sure to use cupcake liners, so these are easy to pull out..
  3. Melt your chocolate. Spoon a little chocolate onto each one. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
  4. Place in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours to let the whipped cream mixture harden.
  5. Enjoy!
