when you can’t find a seed oil–free edamame snack, you take matters into your own hands 😤 hopped on amazon → ordered a GIANT bag of freeze-dried edamame → brainstormed snack ideas while i waited for my prime delivery → & ended up with the ultimate spicy-sweet, electrolyte-packed, crunchy edamame snack. healthy. flavorful. totally addicting. 💚

- 3 - 4 cups3 - 4 cups3 - 4 cups Edamame (Soybeans), freeze-dried
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Chamoy Botana Sauce - Siete Foods

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 275.
- to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, add all ingredients (choose 1 hot sauce & 1 LMNT), except freeze-dried edamame.
- remove from heat, then add remaining seasonings.
- using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- add edamame to a baking sheet; then bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- remove from oven, then allow to cool completely.
- enjoy on salads, in snack mixes, or just by the handful!
