Filling
- 222 Eggs
- 3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cane Sugar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

- 121212 Lemon, zested

Garnish
- 666 Lemon, freeze-dried slices

- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Blend crust ingredients together and press on the bottom of the pan, bake for 15 min.
- Mix together filling ingredients and poor over hot crust.
- Place back into the oven to bake at 380 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with freeze-dried lemon slices
