“Healthier” Marshmallow Popcorn Snack
All kids deserve to indulge in a sweet treat over the holidays, including one like this! This treat is made with healthier ingredients and taste so good. We can’t stop snacking on it!
Ingredients
- 6 cups6 cups6 cups Popcorn, Popped (Plain), Lesser Evil Brand

- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Butter, Unsalted

- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Marshmallows, Jumbo, Dandees Vegan

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Sugar

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pretzels
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sprinkles, Halloween Colored

- In a bowl, add your popcorn and set aside.
- Over medium heat, heat a sauce pan and add your butter, marshmallows and coconut sugar. Stir until melted.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. Stir until the popcorn is coated well. Then fold in pretzels.
- Pour mixture over parchment paper. Top with sprinkles.
- Let it cool and Enjoy!
