Anchor Unsalted Butter is a great all-purpose, all-natural butter. Spread it on a warm piece of crusty bread or serve it tableside with every meal. It’s also a wonderful butter for cooking.

Anchor Unsalted Butter is minimally pasteurized since it is illegal for us to sell raw butter. Pasteurising heats the milk to 72°C and holds it at this temperature for 15 seconds. During pasteurisation all harmful bacteria are destroyed.

Our cows are not treated with Growth Hormones.
