  1. 1. Take your chicken breast and add a piece of parchment paper on top. Pound into an even thinness.
  2. 2. Make an egg wash with your egg and water.
  3. 3. Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the panko.
  4. 4. Place the chicken in the egg mixture, then into the Panko.
  5. 5. Sautee the chicken in a hot pan with the olive oil.
  6. 6. Once the chicken is fully cooked place on a bed of spinach, with cherry tomatoes. Then top the chicken with burrata and balsamic glaze.
