Chicken Burrata
If dinner needs to look fancy but take zero effort… this is it. The combination of crunchy chicken, sweet tomatoes and creamy burrata!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Pasture-Raised Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Thrive Market, Pounded thin

- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Water
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Tomato, Grape
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Baby Spinach
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Burrata
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt - Primal Palate

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup ARGILOS IV MILD Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) - Argilos

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Organic Balsamic Glaze

- 1. Take your chicken breast and add a piece of parchment paper on top. Pound into an even thinness.
- 2. Make an egg wash with your egg and water.
- 3. Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the panko.
- 4. Place the chicken in the egg mixture, then into the Panko.
- 5. Sautee the chicken in a hot pan with the olive oil.
- 6. Once the chicken is fully cooked place on a bed of spinach, with cherry tomatoes. Then top the chicken with burrata and balsamic glaze.
