Cosmopolitan Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cranberries, Fresh, 12 ounce bag
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Granulated White Sugar

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Vodka
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Orange Liqueur

- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water.
- Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring often to dissolve the sugar.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring often, until thick and jam-like, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl, stirring occasionally until the mixture is tepid, about 30 minutes.
- Stir in the vodka and orange liqueur.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
The sauce can be made up to 2 weeks ahead. Give it a good stir before serving.
