oven-baked turkey tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lb1.5-2 lb1.5-2 lb Turkey Breast, tenderloin
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate, or see notes for my all-purpose rub

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 400.
- pat your tenderloin dry, then add seasoning of choice.
- heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, then sear turkey tenderloin for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- pour in ACV + water, then bake tenderloin for 20-25 minutes or until reaches internal temperature of 165.
- let the turkey rest for 10 minutes (this allows all the juices to evenly distribute), then slice.
- I like to keep the meat stored in the juices to allow for tender meat when reheating. .
Notes
all-purpose rub: 2 T sea salt + 1 T black pepper + 1 T smoked paprika + 1 T garlic powder + 1 T onion powder + 1/2 t oregano + 1 T golden monk fruit; combine all ingredients in a jar & use on any & everything!
