oven-baked turkey tenderloin
I have long made my pork tenderloins using this method, but recently stumbled upon turkey tenderloins. talk about juicy, tender, & moist. this just adds to the list of perfect meal prep proteins to throw into any recipe! add it to a bowl, sandwich, wrap, salad, or truthfully whatever floats your boat!
Ingredients
- 3 lb3 lb3 lb Turkey Breast, tenderloin
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Adobo Seasoning - Primal Palate, or any primal palate seasoning blends

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 400.
- pat your tenderloin dry, then add seasoning of choice.
- heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, then sear turkey tenderloin for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- pour in ACV + water, then bake tenderloin for 25-35 minutes or until reaches internal temperature of 165.
- let the turkey rest for 10 minutes (this allows all the juices to evenly distribute), then slice.
- I like to keep the meat stored in the juices to allow for tender meat when reheating.
