Mini Cheeseburgers
These mini cheeseburgers are the perfect lunch or dinner for your kids. They’re delicious and easy to make, plus, kids love anything mini. My kids loved these cheeseburgers inside a puff pastry. It offered that sweet and savory flavor that is so good!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Unsweetened Ketchup - Primal Kitchen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese

- 10 - 12 pieces10 - 12 pieces10 - 12 pieces Puff Pastry
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Onion Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Over medium heat, cook the ground beef and spices. Once the ground beef is cooked, stir in your ketchup.
- Set the puff pastry out to let it thaw. Using a knife, slice the pastry square to the size you need. Lay on parchment paper.
- Top each puff pastry square with ground beef mixture. Then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Then cover all of the ground beef by pulling the corners of the dough to each side.
- Brush with an egg wash if wanted! Just egg white and water or an egg.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
