- to a saucepan, melt cashew butter & chocolate caramel chips over low heat.
- to a large bowl, add seven sunday's honey oat cereal, then pour melted cashew butter & chocolate caramel chips; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- add puppy chow, to a bowl with a lid or a plastic bag.
- add chocolate protein powder & chocolate caramel salt; shake well.

- to a large bowl, add love bird's honey cereal, then pour melted cashew butter & dark chocolate chips; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- add puppy chow, to a bowl with a lid or a plastic bag.
- add chocolate protein powder & chocolate salt; shake well.
honey graham
- to a saucepan, melt cashew butter & white chocolate chips over low heat.
- to a large bowl, add catalina crunch honey graham, then pour melted cashew butter & white chocolate chips; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- add puppy chow, to a bowl with a lid or a plastic bag.
- add vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, & salt; shake well.
put it all together
- combine all three types of puppy chow, then fold in fit joy pretzels, max sweets marshmallows, BTR nation chocolates, nuts of choice, & my BTR rocky road protein cookie dough balls.
- freeze for at least 30 minutes, then store puppy chow in the freezer.
