Maple peanut butter cheesecake cookie cups
These are absolutely delicious and so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Classic Sugar Cookies - Magnolia Table, Package
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Peanut Butter Powder

- Preheat oven to 350°
- Put cookie dough rounds into silicone muffin cups
- Bake for 20 mins or until slightly golden brown
- Carefully press end of wooden spoon into center of each cookie cup to make 1-inch-wide indentation
- Cool completely in pan, about 20 minutes
- Mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter
- Place cream cheese mixture into indentation in cookies
- Grate chocolate on top
- Place in fridge for at least 30 mins
- Enjoy
