  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Put cookie dough rounds into silicone muffin cups
  3. Bake for 20 mins or until slightly golden brown
  4. Carefully press end of wooden spoon into center of each cookie cup to make 1-inch-wide indentation
  5. Cool completely in pan, about 20 minutes
  6. Mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter
  7. Place cream cheese mixture into indentation in cookies
  8. Grate chocolate on top
  9. Place in fridge for at least 30 mins
  10. Enjoy
