Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Lemon Blueberry Sprouted Granola (Grain-Free) - Lark Ellen Farm, broken up into smaller pieces

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Using a knife or offset spatula spread the yogurt fairly thin on the paper.
- Drizzle the honey haphazardly on top.
- Sprinkle the granola all over the top.
- Place the blueberries randomly on the yogurt.
- Using flat hands slightly press down on the granola and blueberries.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Break up into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
You can add fresh lemon zest or other berries if you want.

looove the idea of pairing the granola with a yogurt bark. such a fun flavor combo!
My husband loves yogurt and he said “I had no idea you could freeze yogurt!” 🙂 It’s a sweet cold treat and so easy.
