Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Slice the bananas and arrange in a single layer on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  2. Spread evenly with tahini using an offset spatula.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with granola.
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until smooth. Pour over granola and spread as evenly as possible with offset spatula.
  5. Sprinkle on sesame seeds and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from freezer and sprinkle on flaky sea salt. Place back in the freezer for at least an hour or overnight.
  7. Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.

Notes

Best stored in the freezer. This allows the tahini to stay solid and the bananas to keep longer. See above photos for a visual of each layer.
