Lemon Blueberry High Protein Pancakes (Edit recipe)

This is my go-to workweek breakfast prep when I want something quick, satisfying, and easy to reheat. I prep one item, store it in the fridge or freezer, and I’m covered for busy mornings all week. What makes these extra good: I use Citreve freeze-dried blueberries instead of fresh or frozen. They rehydrate beautifully, give concentrated blueberry flavor in every bite, and don’t water down the batter. Highly recommend if you want consistent texture and flavor. ⏱ Ready in about 20 minutes 💪 ~25g protein per serving ❄️ Meal-prep + freezer friendly
