This will be on our game-day menu every year going forward!  Picture Philly Cheesesteaks but on a much easier and cheaper level.  Juicy, cheesy, and absolutely incredible!  ENJOY!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet add the onion and ground beef.
  2. Brown and crumble the beef over medium heat. Stir and chop the beef mixture occasionally with a spatula.
  3. In a small bowl make the sauce by mixing together the salt, garlic powder, coconut aminos, and the meat and potatoes seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour the sauce into the ground beef mixture and mix until the beef is evenly coated.
  5. Turn the beef onto low heat, and simmer.
  6. Butter the outside of each bread slice, and coat the other side with the mayo.
  7. Lay the butter side down on a large griddle pan and lightly brown the slices of bread over medium low heat.
  8. This is the only side of the bread you will pan fry.
  9. When the bread is lightly golden brown and almost done pan frying, add the cheese to the ground beef mixture.
  10. Mix the ground beef until the cheese is melted and fully combined.
  11. Plate the slices of bread, and add the ground beef and the veggies to the bottom slice.
  12. Top each sandwich with the other slice of bread.
  13. Serve, and ENJOY!
