It's grill season!  This meal is packed with flavor, and you will not miss the refined sugar in this Italian dressing.  Finally, an Italian dressing you can feel good about.  ENJOY!

  1. Make the chicken marinade by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken for 8 – 24 hours.
  3. Next make the salad dressing by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a mason jar. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Heat the grill to 450F.
  6. Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
  8. Let the chicken cool and then slice.
  9. Add all of the salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  10. Drizzle with the desired amount of salad dressing. Mix until fully coated.
  11. Plate the salad, and top with the sliced chicken.
  12. ENJOY!
