- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, and nut butter together until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- On a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour the mixture in the center and spread out (you don't want it to be too thin so there should be room around the edges). The batter will be wet.
- Freeze for 2 hours and break into pieces. Store in fridge.
