- First, whisk an egg in a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Set the bowl aside.
- Now, cut two 1 cm thick slices from the red bell pepper and place them in the pan. Reduce the heat and whisk the two eggs into the center of the bell pepper slices, as shown in the picture.
- Spread the egg mixture around the edge, grate the cheese over it, cover with a lid, and cook over the lowest heat for 5–7 minutes.
