The most creative way to get protein and your kids diet is through this sweet treat. They think it’s like a s’mores ice cream sandwich however it’s really just a healthy protein packed snack that they will love.

  1. In a stand mixer, add your whipping cream and protein powder. Mix until it becomes whipped cream texture. Set aside.
  2. Lay out the first layer of graham crackers on a baking dish.
  3. Melt your chocolate. Pour on top of the graham crackers. (Optional: swirl with peanut butter). Place in the freezer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the graham crackers, top with the whipped cream mixture. Then add the last layer of graham crackers.
  5. Place in the freezer to let it harden.
  6. Enjoy!
