Brownie Batter Cookies
Turn your brownie mix into the best ever brownie batter cookies with this recipe. These cookies are gooey and delicious. They taste just like a brownie but better. I followed the recipe on the mix with measurements but not ingredients, and they turned out amazing. I hope you enjoy!

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Paleo Double Chocolate Brownie Mix - Otto's Naturals, Miss Jones Gluten Free
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Carnival Sprinkles - India Tree
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup M&M's, Milk Chocolate (Plain)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Frosting - Simple Mills

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, add your brownie mix, egg, almond milk and peanut butter to a mixing bowl. With a fork, mix the brownie batter together until the cookie dough forms. Then add your m&m’s and sprinkles. Stir together.
- 3. Scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Place pan in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- 4. Let the cookies cool. Top with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Enjoy.
Notes
I used the Miss Jones gluten free brownie mix from miss jones! You can substitute the peanut butter with any nut butter of your choice.
