Turn your brownie mix into the best ever brownie batter cookies with this recipe. These cookies are gooey and delicious. They taste just like a brownie but better. I followed the recipe on the mix with measurements but not ingredients, and they turned out amazing. I hope you enjoy!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, add your brownie mix, egg, almond milk and peanut butter to a mixing bowl. With a fork, mix the brownie batter together until the cookie dough forms. Then add your m&m’s and sprinkles. Stir together.
  3. 3. Scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Place pan in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Let the cookies cool. Top with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Enjoy.

Notes

I used the Miss Jones gluten free brownie mix from miss jones! You can substitute the peanut butter with any nut butter of your choice.
