This no-fuss salmon meal will appear as if you spent hours in the kitchen preparing this gourmet meal, and yet it comes together in 10 minutes or less, and is finished cooking in about 25! This easy meal features our organic Garden Ranch seasoning packet for the perfect creamy dill salmon.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to bake at 375 degrees F.
  2. Rinse your salmon under cool water, and pat dry. Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
  3. Trim and discard the fibrous ends from the asparagus, and place them on the baking tray along either side of the salmon.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, fresh lemon juice, and Garden Ranch seasoning. Pour the mixture over the salmon and the asparagus, and rub the dressing over the entire salmon and asparagus to coat evenly.
  5. You can place slices of lemon on top of the salmon, and some fresh dill if desired.
  6. Place the sheet pan in the oven an bake until the salmon comes to an internal temp of 130 F, and the asparagus is cooked to your liking.
  7. While the salmon is cooking, you can cook the rice. The rice will take approximately 25 minutes on the stovetop.
  8. Serve the salmon and asparagus over the rice, and enjoy.
