These Crunchy 3-Ingredient Keto Crackers are easy to make at home and have only 1 gram of net carbs. Using just almond flour, coconut flour, and xanthan gum, you can whip up a batch in no time. They are perfect if you want to avoid additives and preservatives, artificial ingredients, found in store-bought crackers. Plus, making them at home saves money.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and xanthan gum.
  3. Add hot water and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Add optional flavors now if desired.
  5. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  6. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 squares.
  7. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough directly onto a prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the crackers cool on a cooling rack before serving.

Notes

Xanthan gum is used to improve the texture and ensure the crackers are crunchy and not falling apart. Use a rolling pin to get the dough evenly thin. For extra crunch, bake a few minutes longer, but watch closely to avoid burning. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
