The perfect game day snack that couldn’t be easier. This popcorn is popped with Primal Palate’s Adobo Seasoning, a true pantry must-have, so every kernel is fully coated and packed with flavor. While it’s still hot, sweet coconut flakes get sprinkled right on top, melting gently into each bite. If you’re popcorn-obsessed like me, you’re not going to want it any other way again.

Process

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the adobo seasoning and swirl the pot to bloom the flavor.
  3. Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pot, and begin shaking it.
  4. Continue cooking, shaking the pot until the popping slows and most of the kernels have popped.
  5. Remove from heat and season with salt to taste.
  6. Add to a large bowl.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the hot popcorn and give the bowl a good shake so the coconut melts gently into the popcorn.
