Air Fryer Apple Chip
Air Fryer Apple Chips are a healthy and delicious snack made with thinly sliced apples seasoned to perfection. Simply slice apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon seasoning mix then air fry until they’re crispy and golden brown. These apple chips are quick to make, require minimal ingredients, and are perfect for guilt-free snacking. Enjoy them on their own or as a crunchy topping for oatmeal or yogurt.

- 444 Apple, Fuji, any variety will work
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Paste

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Granulated White Sugar

- 111 Mace, Ground (a sprinkle, optional), Ground

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice apples thin with either a knife or mandolin. Slice the apples as thin as you can, make sure the slices are even for best results.
- Place apple slices in layers in air fryer basket and set your air fryer to 200u00b0 for 1 hour on manual setting.
- In a small bowl mix cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla paste, sugar, ground mace and lemon juice together.
- minutes before apple chips are done (at 45 minute cook time on air fryer) remove chips from basket and coat with cinnamon sugar blend. Place chips in large bowl and dump seasoning over them, toss with your hands until the chips are covered on both sides.
- Cook the apple chips for the remaining 15 minutes. Remove from air fryer and serve.
